One of Lost’s Hidden Talents - The Stunt Team

One of the things I like about the Lost Television Series is when things get down and dirty and a little bit action-packed. None of that could happen without the very impressive talents of the stunt team. The stunt team never gets the spotlight Evangeline Lilly or Matthew Fox do.

Well, over at The Lost Blog, there is a fantastic Q & A with  Lost Stuntwoman Heather Arthur.  She takes all of Evangeline Lilly’s (Kate) beatings.  It is good that she gets a bit of fame and face time.   Take a look at the article, there is a few great chunks that give some insight into the culture and climate of the Lost set.  She talks about the bumps, bruises and scrapes involved in playing around with the the danger of an action scene.

Check out the piece.  It is great to give some credit to people other than the producers and stars (although, those people are appreciated) because they are the ones that allow the “stars” to do their thing.  I know, the piece is a bit dated (about one year old), but don’t let that stop you.
