Catching up on Lost - Again

Remember, at the beginning of season 4 ABC was kind enough to catch us all up on the lost story with an 8:15 second recap?  Well, we have had another break and ABC is there to help us out again with another update.  But this time, thanks to the new season 4 episodes, the review is much longer half as long.  I know, it doesn’t really make sense, but that’s lost for you.

If you have anyone who was gun shy to jump into Lost after 3 seasons, but thanks to your mad ravings regarding season is willing to watch now, get this link to them quick.  It might be their only hope.
