The Return of Lost, Buring Questions, and Predictions

WOOT! WOOT!  Lost returns tonight with episode 4.09, “The Shape of Things to Come.”  Don’t forget, that it will be on an hour later, so you should have time to watch The Office or your Tivo’d Battlestar Galactica Episodes (personally, I am watching Galactica).

What are you hoping to see tonight? If you have burning questions that you are hoping tonight’s episode, or the rest of season 4 answers, feel free to post them in the comments below.  It would be great to compare them to the burning questions that TVGuide has posted over at their site.  Some of their questions are both inane and no-brainers such as “Who is gonna kiss?”  Other questions like the smoke monster mystery desperately need to be solved this season, but I don’t think the answer is coming tonight.

What I do think is going to happen tonight:

  • Wholesale slaughter of lots of Losties - not our favorite, but the coconut holders.
  •  The Smoke Monster will protect the village
  • Charlotte will reveal her dark self through espionage (I think she is a specialist like Naomi - not an innocent like Faraday)
  • Claire is injured if not killed
  • Sawyer and Hurley will team-up again and kick some butt

Well, that is all the guessing I have in me.  I will be watching along with you tonight to see if I was close.  Be sure to check back soon for commentary and to review the episode.
