Lost Season Ratings Wrap-Up

With only one episode left these season, the ratings picture is becoming clear.  I am not convinced that ratings will soar next week, after all, it is the continued of a To Be Continued  episode.  None the less, here is the ratings picture for Season 4 of Lost:

The Beginning of the End” — 16.07 million
“Confirmed Dead” — 15.06 million
“The Economist” — 13.62 million
“Eggtown” — 13.53 million
“The Constant” — 12.9 million
“The Other Woman” — 13.0 million
“Ji Yeon” — 11.87 million
“Meet Kevin Johnson” — 11.28 million
“The Shape of Things to Come” — 12.4 million
“Something Nice Back Home” — 11.14 million
“Cabin Fever” — 11.28 million
“There’s No Place Like Home, Part 1″ — 11.43 million

These numbers do not include online viewings, iTunes downloads, or TiVo’ers.  The early season slide seemed to have leveled out, and things are a bit stable.  I will try to dig up TiVo adjusted numbers to see what the difference is.

So, the questions are, did the writer’s strike hurt or help, and did Season 4’s new direction hurt or help?  What do you think?
